How to care for your knife
When washing knives, avoid *high temperatures. The blades have been quenched, so applying more heat may cause them to lose their sharpness. Always wash these knives in warm water, about 100 °F, then wipe them with a soft dry cloth.
Do not use dishwasher detergent; it is too strong and may cause rust and damage to the blade.
* Hot water means about 200°F
Please read carefully before you place the order.
Please be careful not to touch the blade when you open the package. Handle it carefully to avoid hurting your hands and fingers.
Do not use the knife for any purpose other than cooking, as it may cause the blade to dull or deform.
Do not open the lid of a can, etc.
Do not expose the blade to fire.
The handle is made of natural material and the surface is coated but avoids prolonged exposure to water.
Clean a knife and wipe off all moisture with a dry cloth and store it in a dry and safe place.
